2trde is a Munich-based technology company founded in 2017 that builds a multi-channel B2B platform for trading vehicles between businesses. The platform connects fleet operators, leasing companies and OEMs with dealers across Europe, and covers the entire remarketing process - from the initial listing through payment to vehicle pickup. Auction houses are integrated to extend reach and improve prices.

The platform reaches more than 3,200 active dealers in 16 European countries and integrates with over 12 auction houses. Customers include major brands such as Polestar and Liebherr. The company operates from its Munich headquarters with a European footprint, and is funded at seed stage.

The technical work spans marketplace platform development, automotive remarketing technology, automation of payment and logistics workflows, and systems integration with auction houses, dealers and OEMs. Much of the team comes from the automotive industry and has firsthand experience of the manual and fragmented processes that traditionally characterise remarketing; this domain knowledge is combined with software engineering skills to replace phone calls and disconnected systems with a single workflow.
