Itana Africa

Itana Africa describes itself as the continent's first Digital Economic Zone. It provides the infrastructure and a one-stop-shop platform for businesses seeking to incorporate remotely, obtain tax benefits, secure multi-currency banking and secure immigration support as they enter and scale across African markets. The company works in partnership with Nigeria's Federal Government through NEPZA (Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority) and has positioned itself as "Africa's answer to Delaware".

The company's main product, the Itana app, brings together remote company incorporation, access to tax benefits, banking in multiple currencies and immigration support in a single platform. Alongside this, Itana operates a Digital Economic Zone in Alaro City, Nigeria: a 72,000-square-metre eco-friendly live-work-build district with reliable digital infrastructure, including constant power and high-speed internet. A Digital Residency programme is designed to attract global and diaspora professionals to operate from the zone.

Itana reports a community of more than 3,000 founders and business operators. The company raised $2M in pre-seed funding. Its work spans digital infrastructure, remote incorporation, multi-currency banking enablement and immigration services, and it focuses on tech startups, financial services and digital-economy businesses, with an emphasis on regulatory clarity, reliability and efficiency.
