Nucs AI builds an AI platform that automates the detection, staging and treatment response evaluation of prostate cancer from PSMA-PET/CT scans. Founded by oncologists, AI researchers and healthcare innovators, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with roots in Berlin. Its stated focus is on equipping clinicians with faster, more precise diagnostic tools, with an emphasis on reducing radiologist burnout and patient waiting times.

The company's suite comprises three products. DeepPSMA covers detection and lesion identification; SelectPSMA addresses staging and case selection; and TrackPSMA handles treatment response evaluation over time. Together, the suite reports 92% accuracy in identifying PSMA-positive lesions, processes scans in under a minute and removes manual work in more than half of cases.

The work spans artificial intelligence, medical imaging, computer vision and oncology, with applications in cancer diagnostics, radiology and treatment response assessment. Nucs AI raised $3.5m in seed funding. The company describes its mission as redefining how AI and imaging work together to improve patient outcomes.
