Virtucruit

Virtucruit is a recruitment consultancy based in the United Arab Emirates that provides virtual, on-demand hiring support and flexible workforce solutions to startups and small and medium enterprises. The company operates fully remote, with an emphasis on connected ways of working and adaptable models that match a client's pace and priorities. Its stated aim is to simplify recruitment and reduce hiring costs, positioning itself as an alternative to the overhead of traditional agencies.

Its services are delivered in several forms. Subscription-based recruiter support offers ongoing, embedded assistance that can stretch from short-term projects to long-term hiring partnerships. Role-based recruitment packages provide focused help for specific key positions, while embedded recruiters and strategic hiring models support companies building teams from the ground up or scaling their workforce flexibly.

Virtucruit also offers fully managed Employer of Record (EOR) services, allowing companies to hire and employ talent compliantly across more than 180 countries. The firm works with clients across the GCC region and beyond, concentrating on startups and SMEs as its core customer base.
