Trilitech

Trilitech is a blockchain research and development hub and centre-of-excellence based in London, founded in 2021. It drives adoption and core technology development on the Tezos blockchain, working across core blockchain development, decentralised applications, infrastructure tooling, developer experience, blockchain protocol development and incubation programmes.

Its technical work covers several distinct areas. In-house core developers work on the Tezos protocol to support its technological advancement. The team builds infrastructure tooling to support projects and applications on the chain, as well as developer experience tooling to help builders create blockchain applications on Tezos. It also develops decentralised applications on Tezos, driving adoption through creative and corporate partnerships, collaborations and commercial engagements.

Beyond product development, Trilitech runs incubation programmes supporting builders, startups and artists in realising their vision within the Tezos ecosystem. It collaborates with builders, startups, artists, creators, entrepreneurs, brands, organisations and technologists, with a focus on cultural projects and the arts, capital markets, gaming and the creator economy and digital art. The company describes a research and development ethos with an emphasis on open-source ecosystem development.
